Everything was great. Except the hot water going off after 3 minutes in the shower. That was the only disappointing thing, it made me late for work waiting for the water to get hot again.

I've loved absolutely everything, the room.was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom is super clean and everything was perfect and the room is cleaned everyday on demand so you're absolutely free to choose, there is a mini-fridge and a mini oven so everything is made for you to feel "home", they even offer coffee with a coffee machine, the staff is nice, the location is near Hollywood blvd and there is bus and metro where you can reach Hollywood/Highland in 5 mn. I recommend this hotel and I will surely go back again. They also store your luggage which is a + if u have a late flight. The hotel is very safety because you need your card to go to your room otherwise nobody can enter the patio, the area isn't that much but it's now like that in every part of Los Angeles, whether it's Downtown, Hollywood and Sunset blvd at night unfortunately.

This is a small hotel but with all of the features you need for your stay in LA. The room was clean and we got maid service every single day we were there. The hotel is located very close to the Hollywood/Western metro station which makes it easy to move around the city using the train. There are stores, restaurants, laundries and pharmacies near the hotel. The Hollywood walk of fame is about 20 mins walk from the hotel. At night the street where the hotel is located is kind of lonely but we felt secure anyways.

The hotel is good option, clean, comfortable, nice and kind staff but the location in general at Hollywood is horrible full of homeless, smelling pee all time

Location, room and cleanliness were perfect. Located close to public transport which was what we mostly used. Room was big and clean. Staff was always very helpful when and if necessary. Very good price/quality.

The area wasn't too bad, but not what we expected. It is near some useful stores like CVS, Target, clothing stores, etc. There were also some nearby fast-food places like Mcdonalds, Burger King and also Starbucks.

We were not able to stay, the facility had called before we checked in, stating that if we did not call within 2 hours they would cancel our reservations. When i called the hotel they sent my calls straight to voicemail with a mailbox that was full. We were very disappointed considering we had stayed at this hotel previously and we like it before. I would not recommend staying here again considering the inconvenience they left us in having to find a new hotel last minute.
